The demands of life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Finding the time and energy needed to complete the tasks of daily living can seem impossible. Fatigue and lack of motivation, along with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, angry, sad or depressed may also be the body’s response to stress.

Relaxation is a wonderful form of stress relief, and massage therapy helps to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. Massage therapy also relaxes the muscles, reduces pain, calms the mind, reduces anxiety and depression and promotes general a sense of well being.
